Banks are not our enemy, but they aren\u2019t our friend, either.<\/p>\n<p>This is why, for example, young Canadians are texting everyone but banks.\u00a0<span class=\"_5mfr _47e3\"><span class=\"_7oe\">\ud83d\udca9<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The takeaway: young Canadians are really not listening when banks are talking.<\/p>\n<p>Smart banks know this.
