What do you mean by that?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>By hoopla we mean &#8220;you gotta see our office, meet our always smilin&#8217; account executives (aka sales people), our all-so-important VPs of you-name-it, etc.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After all that hoopla, then and only then does your project get sent to a small group of talented folks who will actually do the work you&#8217;re hiring the agency for.<\/p>\n<p>That &#8216;will-actually-do-the-work&#8217; group is usually 2-3 people big.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes 5-6.<\/p>\n<p>Almost never 10.<\/p>\n<p>At krisp, you get that small, &#8216;will-actually-do-the-work&#8217; group of talented folks first.<\/p>\n<p>No hoopla.\u00a0\ud83d\udca9<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Because we give them the last thing first.
