But don&#8217;t take our word for it:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You are going to continue to see even-simpler application processes for life insurance&#8230; and we&#8217;ll reduce significantly the number of days it takes somebody to buy one of our products,&#8221; are just some of the things which the CEO of Sun Life Insurance, Dean Connor, said in a recent Globe and Mail article.<\/p>\n<p>You know what&#8217;s one of the top reasons why BS has been slowly but surely disappearing from some of the places it used to call home in our lives? Because of millennials<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\/\/ Here&#8217;s an internet high-five if you&#8217;re a millennial \u270b! We love you! \/\/<\/p>\n<p>Things that matter to Canada&#8217;s millennials are finally starting to matter to businesses because millennials are now the biggest generation in the Canadian workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to what some old-schoolers would have you believe, millennials aren\u2019t from a different planet.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re our colleagues, neighbours, business partners, physicians, writers, teachers, software engineers, nurses, nieces, nephews, kids.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why, mostly, millennials want the same things you and I do: health and well-being, friendship, love, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Did you notice the qualifier &#8216;mostly&#8217; in the previous sentence?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s there because millennials do have some expectations about work and life which are different from those of the folks who preceded them. For example, <strong>millennials<\/strong> <strong>EXPECT LESS BS<\/strong>. NAO. Full stop.<\/p>\n<p>Our lives are richer because of you, millennials. Thanks, guys!<\/p>\n<p>\/\/ Here&#8217;s an extra internet high-five if you&#8217;re a millennial \u270b, just because! \/\/<\/p>\n<p>p.s. If you want, go ahead: hashtag EXPECT LESS BS.
