By hoopla we mean “you gotta see our office, meet our always smilin’ account executives (aka sales people), our all-so-important VPs of you-name-it, etc.”
After all that hoopla, then and only then does your project get sent to a small group of talented folks who will actually do the work you’re hiring the agency for.
That ‘will-actually-do-the-work’ group is usually 2-3 people big.
Sometimes 5-6.
Almost never 10.
